Volume controls
There are two volume controls. The control at the top left of the intercom controls the pilot headset volume only. The control at the top right of the intercom controls the volume for the other three stations.

PILOT - ALL - CREW select switch

PILOT position - With the selector set to this position, the pilot headset is disconnected from all other intercom stations, allowing the pilot to make radio calls without anyone else in the aircraft hearing the calls.
