About Rodney Aero Club
Rodney Aero Club is located one hour north of Auckland CBD and a few minutes west of Warkworth.
The club provides flight training and has, for over 35 years, operated an air transport service
providing local and extended scenic flights, as well as a charter flight service to Great Barrier Island, Coromandel peninsula, and Northland. Passengers wanting to travel to or from Claris, Okiwi Station, Motu Kaikoura, Matarangi, Whitianga, Pauanui, Thames, Tauranga, Whangarei, Keri Keri, Kaitaia, or Dargaville, will find Rodney Aero Club charter service very convenient, and prices extremely competitive.

GREAT BARRIER ISLAND FLIGHTS
- $115.00 per person one way (minimum 2 passengers)
- Special stop-over (up to 4 hours) $110.00 per person return
Minimum 3 passengers for stop-over
Guided tours of Great Barrier Island taking in beautiful white sand beaches, breath taking scenery, arts and crafts, museum, cafe, pub, etc. are available as part of a four hour stop-over package, for a small extra cost. Please discuss this option when enquiring or booking a stop-over.

This is one of those 'must do' flights, you'll never forget.
This flight takes you from Kaipara Flats Airfield to:
Kaitaia >> Cape Reinga >> North Cape >> Kaitaia or Kerikeri >> Return to Kaipara Flats

LOCAL SCENIC FLIGHTS
Enjoy the breath-taking coastal scenery around Warkworth, Omaha, Tawharanui, Kawau Island, Leigh, and the Kaipara Harbour, as well as the beautiful inland scenery of the Rodney district (remember to bring a camera).
- 20 minutes - $49.00 per person
- 30 minutes - $59.00 per person
Minimum 3 passengers (or 30 minute flight $177 total for 1 or 2 passengers)
Extended scenic flights : to destinations such as Auckland City and the beautiful Auckland West Coast, by arrangement.
AUCKLAND CITY & WEST COAST SCENIC FLIGHTS
This is a highly recommended flight taking in views of the beautiful inner Hauraki Gulf islands, Auckland City,
and the magnificent west coast beaches from the Manukau Heads to Muriwai Beach, then inland over the Woodhill Forest and North to enjoy
spectacular views of the Kaipara Harbour before returning to Kaipara Flats Airfiled.

Baggage Weight Limit: Our baggage weight allowance is 10KG per person.
Excess Baggage: Excess baggage will be carried only if we can do so within aircraft weight limits.
Excess Baggage Charge: A charge of $5 per kilogram will be made for carrying excess baggage.
