With the old system, an order was placed through our web store, the customer was sent bank details for payment, then the order was processed when payment was received. That required the customer to provide details that were stored securely on our server (as all web stores do).

Because we need to wait for payment before processing an order, we no longer hold personal information in a web based database. The information comes direct to us instead.
